With over 30 years of experience in employment and labor law, Laura Wong-Pan is a trusted advocate for employees, educators and organizations throughout New York State.
Before founding her private practice in 2018, Ms. Wong-Pan served as an attorney for the National Labor Relations Board, represented unions in New York City, worked as Senior Assistant County Attorney in Orange County, and was a partner at a Dutchess County law firm where she represented educational institutions.
Today, she continues to serve the legal community, including as an arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and as Town Justice for Gardiner, New York.
