Laura Matlow Wong-Pan, Esq.

Laura Wong-Pan practices in the areas of employment and labor law for employees and employers, and also counsels and represents nonprofit organizations and handles civil litigation in Federal and State Courts. 

​

Before opening the Law Office in 2018, Ms. Wong-Pan was associate, then partner at a Dutchess County law firm representing school districts, municipalities, universities and nonprofit organizations. Previously, she served as Senior Assistant County Attorney in Orange County New York for over 10 years.  Ms. Wong-Pan started her legal career in 1995 at the National Labor Relations Board, Region 2 in New York City, investigating and prosecuting labor violations and worked as an associate for over 3 years at Vladeck, Waldman, Elias & Engelhard P.C. in NYC.

Ms. Wong-Pan currently serves on arbitration panels for FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) and is the elected Town Justice in Gardiner, New York.

Named as a top employment/labor attorney in 2021, 2022 and 2023 by Hudson Valley Magazine. Named to the 2023 Upstate New York Super Lawyers List under the Employment Law practice area.
