Laura Matlow Wong-Pan, Esq.

Laura Wong-Pan practices in the areas of employment and labor law, including representing the rights of employees and workers, and counseling nonprofit organizations, and also represents parties in general civil litigation. 

Before opening the Law Office in 2018, Ms. Wong-Pan was associate, then partner at Thomas, Drohan, Waxman, Petigrow & Mayle, LLP a Dutchess County law firm representing school districts, municipalities, universities and nonprofit organizations. Prior to that, for over ten years, she  served as Senior Assistant County Attorney in Orange County NY. She was also an associate at Vladeck, Waldman, Elias & Engelhardt, a New York City-based employment and labor firm. Ms. Wong-Pan started her legal career at the National Labor Relations Board, Region 2 in New York City.

Ms. Wong-Pan also  serves as an arbitrator for FINRA, and as a Court-appointed Part 36 Referee. 

Named as a top employment/labor attorney in 2021, 2022 and 2023 by Hudson Valley Magazine.   Named to the 2023 Upstate New York Super Lawyers List under the Employment Law practice area.
