Laura Matlow Wong-Pan, Esq.
Laura Wong-Pan practices in the areas of employment and labor law, including representing the rights of employees and workers, and also represents parties in civil litigation.
Before opening the Law Office in 2018, Ms. Wong-Pan was associate, then partner at a Dutchess County law firm, representing school districts, universities and nonprofit organizations. Prior to 2012, she served as Senior Assistant County Attorney in Orange County, and was an associate at Vladeck, Waldman, Elias & Engelhardt, a New York City-based employment and labor firm. Ms. Wong-Pan started her legal career at the National Labor Relations Board, Region 2 in New York City.
Ms. Wong-Pan also serves as an arbitrator for FINRA, and as a Court-appointed Part 36 Referee.

Kate Ryan joined the Law Office in 2020, and works in the field of employment and general civil litigation. She also brings with her several years of experience working with indigent clients, criminal defendants and juveniles involved in the justice system. Ms. Ryan received her J.D. from CUNY School of Law in May, 2020.
When she is not in the office, Ms. Ryan is a partner in Binnacle Books, an independent bookstore in Beacon, NY, which serves as a hub for community organizing on issues of racial justice, prisoners' rights, and mutual aid.
